Notice the drastic reduction in the fatty stores of the waist with the liposuction 360 or 360 degree trunk liposuction.  However, also notice the flatness and smoothness of the abdomen in the postoperative pictures.  It is very rare to see this type of result in galleries following plastic surgery.  How is such a result achieved?  Perfectly even liposuction allows for the smoothest possible redrape of loose skin after the procedure.  Any irregularities in the liposuctioned flap will lead to the skin being able to stick back to the abdominal wall in an unfavorable conformation.  Bodytite can be used to tighten the skin and envelope but this result cannot be obtained without near perfect liposuction of he abdominal flap.
