This is another horribly scarred Brazilian buttlift revision that Dr. Hughes undertook. The improvement in the waist to hip ratio are obvious as is the improvement in buttock projection. Dr. Hughes can frequently improve a bad result from previous surgery, but it is always better to have the Brazilian buttlift done well the first time, even if it costs more.
