What is a revision surgery? This is a surgery in which Dr. Hughes is tasked with trying to fix, correct, or improve the surgical results for a patient who had surgery with another surgeon. These surgeries require greater skill due to the scar tissue present and they require a multitude of differing and compatible skill sets to overcome some of the less than pleasing results. Dr. Hughes performed a liposuction revision surgery for this patient by liposuctioning the abdomen and sides and utilizing BodyTite to improve intervening skin laxity.
