This patient underwent inferior buttock lift to reduce buttock length and loose skin at the bottom of the buttocks. The patient also had previous surgery to remove silicone, which resulted in an uneven appearance and loose skin as well as a scar that was not placed in the buttock fold. The postoperative result shows a much rounder, cuter, more youthful buttock with a scar that is not apparent and is camouflaged by the gluteal fold.
