This patient underwent 360 degree liposuction and Brazilian buttlift (fat transferred to the buttock). A 5 liter liposuction of the abdomen, sides, lower back, flanks, and bra rolls was performed and over 2000 cc of fat per side was transferred to the buttocks and hips (over 4000 cc of fat total was transferred). Notice how flat the abdomen has become and the huge improvement in overall physique that was achieved. It is important for larger patients to realize that 5 liters is the maximum removal of lipoaspirate in an outpatient setting. Therefore, some patients who have over this amount may benefit from an additional liposuction procedure and/or fat transfer procedure.
