Breast Augmentation and Lift Photos

This patient had significant breast asymmetry in both size and relative droop or ptosis.  The breast augmentation with a smooth silicone implant was used to fill the skin envelope, improve roundness, and increase upper pole fullness.  The breast lift was used to both lift the breasts and improve the relative symmetry.  These more difficult cases are everyday surgeries for Dr. Kenneth Hughes in Los Angeles.
