This patient flew a long way to have Dr. Hughes perform a buttock implant surgery in Los Angeles. The patient was exceptionally thin but opted for 600 cc round implants placed in the intramuscular position. This type of buttock augmentation requires immense skill to place an implant that large in a patient that small while having the result look natural and the implant not look superficial and not create a dent laterally.
