This patient from Singapore flew across the globe for Dr. Hughes to correct this case of Coolsculpting induced fat hyperplasia. This patient had noticed an increase in the size of one arm to about twice the size after a session of Coolsculpting. This is unfortunately a real thing that occurs with patients after Coolsculpting and Dr. Hughes has seen and treated this condition several times. Dr. Hughes performed liposuction on the much larger arm and then used Bodytite to help tighten the skin and tissues. Although an arm lift would have produced a reasonable result, the patient did not want the longer scar of the armlift. The results are quite remarkable after liposuction and Bodytite of the arm.
