This is one of the thousands of liposuction revisions that Dr. Hughes has performed. Dr. Hughes performed liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to reduce the waist. The fat was transferred into the buttocks to improve size and the dents (Brazilian buttlift, BBL). The lower back dent was made less prominent while dramatically reducing the fat in that area.
