My friend had silicone removal with him and was the best result I’ve seen from that type of surgery, usually they don’t approach it as a aesthetic procedure even tho only plastic surgeons are doing it, Dr Kenneth’s incisions are beautiful and can barely notice them he’s an artist. My dream is to also take my silicone injections out with him.

Dr Hughes is the best in Los Angeles / Beverly Gills. I went to my have my liposuction corrected and fat transfer to my hips to create an hourglass figure. He surpassed my expectations. My stomach revision is on his website in the slides that pop up. A lot of these other doctors in Beverly Hills are really a rip off ( I’m sorry). Dr Hughes has better longer lasting results in my opinion. He is not cheap but, he’s also reasonable. I had lipo of my stomach. He completely fixed it, so smooth with bodytite. . Secondly, he did a fat transfer to my hips. I followed post op instructions and 7 years later my fat has remained in place beautifully. I’m so happy with my results I will go back to him for any surgery and actually hope to do so very shortly. I think it’s worth a shot to go by and at least have a consult with him to understand how talented he really is. I’m extremely happy with my decision! I want to go back to do a mini bbl but I’m too thin at the moment. He is the best board certified plastic surgeon in LA in my opinion. I have had so many compliments on my body since he’s worked on me, and it’s made me feel so good about myself. And it’s definitely not something that you can tell where there’s work done. I think it’s questionable? Hmmm are her curves real. Although if you want it to be something larger he sculpts that as well. But he can also do something subtle which he did for me. A lot of the doctors in Beverly Hills aren’t really able to accomplish the hourglass hip shape which is something that he’s very talented at. 2 of my girlfriends Went to these Instagram famous doctors, and took me with them for their consultation and said “ make me look like this”. It’s very flattering That’s got to say something! Dr Hughes is amazing!!!

It’s not often that I leave a review, but I felt compelled after the exceptional care I received from Dr. Hughes. I initially found Dr. Hughes via YouTube, and I watched his YouTube videos. I admired his work when I saw his before/after pics on his website for skinny patients. Even though I was hesitant to reach out to his office, I submitted my contact information on his website, and Angela, the patient coordinator, reached out to me later that day. Choosing the right PS can be daunting and overwhelming, but Angela was a wealth of information. I felt at ease during our phone conversation.

During my Zoom consultation, Dr. Hughes took the time to address my questions and explain the procedure in detail. All my fears vanished after my Zoom consultation; I felt I made the right choice. Before the surgery, Angela quickly returned all of my phone calls and emails and provided me with the contact information for my caretaker. My procedure went well, and my caretaker, Julia, was kind and caring. I had no pain or nausea after the procedure. I drank protein shakes thrice daily and walked around.

At the two-month mark post-operation, I find myself reflecting on the transformative experience I had under the expert hands of Dr. Hughes. In concluding, I would be remiss if I didn’t reiterate my firm belief: Dr. Hughes is, in my judgment, unparalleled in the realm of BBL. A belief I held prior to the surgery and one that has only been solidified post. If there’s a magnum opus in the world of cosmetic surgery, it’s being orchestrated in his clinic in Los Angeles.

So prior to seeing Dr. Hughes, i had 2 surgeries, first lipo of banana roll and breast arg with lift that both left me botched.

Fast forward to may 2019, I had thigh lipo and mini thigh lift which left me botched with irregularities.

Fast forward to this March, I flew in from New York for multiple consuls for revision and with Dr. Hughes being on my list.

That week I saw 2 docs, including the one that botched me. I left confused with conflicting answers.

Fast forward to next day, I saw Hughes, he took a lot of time with me, explained the procedure and was very honest. I feel peace with him. I honestly wish I would have went to him first. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t give bullshit answers. I appreciate it.

This will be my third time going under. I googled the phrase for three times a charm.. and this came up.

It’s been a three years almost I had my butt implants, Dr. Hughes did a great job with so much care, I’m so happy with my results. Thank you Dr. Hughes for a wonderful result, I’m so grateful to you🙏

This is the best plastic surgeon you’ll ever get let me tell you why. I went to him when I was 28 years old and I was an idiot and I had a lot of money and I asked him to do Lipo, BBL and breast implants. He did it I recovered with no issue and wanted more. What I didn’t realize was my body was perfect and I kept wanting more kept wanting more. Dr. Hughes is amazing because he treats you like a person not money. He told me if I go huge on your boobs You’re gonna have back problems when you get older and guess what he’s right the ones I got now hurt my back, but it was my choice. He told me to go smaller and I want a bigger. He is not a doctor out for money. He’s a doctor out for perfection and to make sure you’re safe which in this day and age is rare. I had my butt done by him in 2012 and then I wanted another round in 2014 which he did but when I came to him again, and said I wanted another round, he said no. He said to do so many liposuction’s would create ripples in the stomach and it’s just not good for my health when I already look amazing. If you’re someone who wants some crazy procedure by it unsafe doctor then this is in the doctor for you because this doctor is going to treat you like family he’s going to make sure that you don’t go crazy and he’s gonna make sure you get in and out of surgery safely. I was on many VH1 reality TV shows and I’m currently an NFL wife and I can tell you he knew all the stuff I had done and I had the money and he still told me when enough was enough and I appreciate that in a doctor FYI I have never seen another doctor and the work that he did in 2012 and 14 has stood strong and I haven’t needed anything else done. It’s still there it’s still beautiful and I get compliments almost every Day. He tells you how to keep it. He tells you don’t get Lipo done and BBL and then go on a crazy diet the things he says exactly true he is amazing.

Dr. Kenneth Hughes is a great surgeon! I was originally going to go with a different surgeon before I found Dr. Hughes as they were closer to home but found myself very uncomfortable with that surgeon. I decided to look further away from home so I could find the best surgeon I could that could give me the best results, as I was feeling very scared about going ahead with surgery after meeting the first surgeon.

I flew from out of country to see Dr. Hughes and it was definitely worth it! I got butt implants and love my results! Dr. Hughes actually listens to what you want and makes a recommendation on the size of implants you should get based on your wishes but on health as well.

He is also quick to respond to emails which has been very helpful. During recovery I fainted a few times due to my size, as I don’t have a lot of fat on my body. Whenever we would email Dr. Hughes about what to do he was always very quick to respond, which always put me at ease in those stressful moments.

Dr. Hughes was great, and so was his staff! Everyone is very friendly, and I felt comfortable with all of them the entire time.

Dr. Hughes is the best doctor in California! He did my daughters surgery and he did my surgery as well and took care of us very well. He went above and beyond with my treatment. When I had complications after my surgery, he was personally in contact with my daughter and walked us through everything. Him and his father go above and beyond for their patients. Most recently for my daughters last surgery, they even helped me out when I was leaving their office and my car died. They are unbelievably selfless!

Where do I even begin…Dr. Hughes has truly CHANGED my whole life! Growing up I struggled with MAJOR insecurities due to not having a body frame. No matter what I did, no matter how much I worked out or wore spanx..my hernia was so severe I looked 6 months pregnant all the time.

I booked with Dr. Hughes shortly after for a tummy tick and Hernia repair. The front office staff is beyond sweet.. such exceptional customer service!! They were so patient and answered all my questions. Dr Hughes also went above and beyond to answer all my questions via email and to reassure me.

The day of my surgery, I was pretty nervous.. but everyone there from the receptionist, to the nurses made me feel extremely comfortable and calmed my nerves.

The days after recovery were a little challenging, but Dr Hughes office provides a nursing service that you can utilize and the nurse I had was so kind. First surgery was fall of 2019, I got 600cc implants in the butt and liposuction of the back. Dr. Hughes recommended this to get the look I was going for. Months went by, loved the results but just wanted it a little bigger and liposuction in the abdomen. We called and had a Zoom call with him and let him know what I was looking for . Alrighty haven’t updated in a while but my recovery has been lengthy. Keep in mind everyone recovers differently I sat down for a lengthy time and I started leaking off my incisions the nurse told me it was due to the pressure on my Booty I sat roughly for (45 mins) I still have one drain on my right butt cheek it was taking Longer to heal. I’m still hanging in there I’ll add pictures as soon as my booty gets a little better. My mobility is 75 percent there I still can’t fully bend down but walking is improving.

One week Post-op

Alrighty walking has definitely gotten a little better I tend to get tired really fast if I’m up walking around the house. Using the bathroom still sucks I would recommend buying a BBL pillow and using it when doing your business. I am no longer taking pain meds but lord having these drains in sucks I am still super happy at how my butt looks !! Will keep you guys updated

Hello real self fam !! After doing a ton of research and seeing before and after pictures of two surgeons in L.A i decided to go to Dr.Hughes. I had a previous BBL surgery done last year (done by another surgeon) but was not happy with the results i got due to the lack of fat I had so I decided to do implants, I was seeking a a more plump rounder curvy back and let me just tell you guys I am completely satisfied with the work Dr. Kenneth Hughes did. For anybody considering butt implants you guys need to prepare mentally and physically for the journey I am 4 days post-op and these past few day have been horrible a lot more painful than a BBl but as everyone else here say it does get better each day. I’ll keep you guys updated as the days progress but here are some before and after pictures. I received a 600CC round intramuscular implant I believe they do drop slightly and fluff over time and I can’t wait to see the end result.

It is hard to describe Dr Hughes work, he is an amazing Surgeon but most of all he is a true artist. What he dose is an art work, He is very gentle with every part of the body. Happy 6 weeks post tummy tuck surgery!! Today, I got my first glimpse of my results without all the lines on my skin from the compression garment, and all I can say is, “Wow!” I am so happy with how my stomach looks. My belly button is perfect and is no longer an outie and my abdominal muscles are close together where they should be giving me my waistline back.
Dr. Hughes is a masterful surgeon and I am incredibly grateful to him and his staff for taking such great care of me.
I’m not gonna lie, recovery was a lot harder and longer than I expected. I assumed I would bounce back quick and be doing cardio at a minimum by the 6 week mark, but my body needed extra time to heal. Around week 3, I had a small superficial wound opening at the center of my incision. Fortunately, nothing too serious and it’s healing beautifully. My drain was in a little over 4 weeks until the fluid collection was low enough for them to be removed. And now at 6 weeks, any remaining fluid accumulation has cleared up, but I still have to take it easy a couple more weeks to be safe before resuming all normal activities and beginning to exercise again. Through it all, Dr. Hughes has answered my numerous and frequent questions and guided me through to the best possible outcome.

My tummy tuck surgery went very well and I am currently recovering and healing nicely. The day of my scheduled surgery, there was a slight delay due to a miscommunication with the anesthesiologist, but everything was handled in a very professional manner and the situation was rectified promptly. The delay time flew by thanks to Dr. Hughes’ dad who conversation and stories were a delight to my husband and me while we waited. Also, due to the delay, my husband had to leave to pick our kids up from school before I was out of surgery, but a ride home was arranged for me with nurse Robson and I could not have been in better care. Needless to say, there were a few hiccups on surgery day that were out of anyone’s control, but my surgery went on as planned and everything went smoothly. The experience was great thanks to Dr. Hughes, his staff, and everyone involved that day.
I returned one week later for my post op appointment and finally got to see my results. Taking off the binder and removing the dressings was better than opening a present on Christmas Day. The results already look amazing! The scar is low and symmetrical, my belly button is flat, and my abdominal muscles are no longer separated due to my diastasis recti. I’m comfortable and healing very well, and I am following my post op instructions to ensure the best recovery possible. I’m looking forward to my healing progress and seeing the final results once all the swelling is gone. I already know I’m going to be very happy with the improvements from having my tummy tuck.

A long overdue but very well deserved review for an incredible surgeon. Dr Hughes performed liposuction on my lower legs nearly a year ago and I’m very happy with the outcome. Despite being a delicate area, there are no dents, divots or other signs that I had a procedure done. Dr. Hughes performed my first ever cosmetic procedure. It was an experience I do not regret and continue to enjoy as the days go by. I am five days post-op liposuction of my abdomen, bra roll, flanks, and lower back. The first consultation was quick. He was to the point and did not sell me any dreams. I initially wanted liposuction of my abdomen only, but he was frank and advised me liposuction and a tummy tuck would be ideal given the amount of fat I had in my trunk. I was adamant on not having a tummy tuck (at this point in life) so I chose to include the additional areas listed above and have liposuction only. It has only been five days post op and my results are phenomenal. I can see a big difference; a positive one to boot. Pain wise, the first two days were very rough but by day three, I was almost back to my old self. Also, he told me there might be excess skin but so far, there isn’t :). So between all the surgeons that say they do gluteal implants you really need to research and dig and dig and in doing that l narrowed it down to a few drs, but dr Hughes price was unbeatable and his before and after pictures were the most dramatic which is what I was looking for. So I decided to go with DR Hughes. Once he went over my pictures we decided 600cc for my frame was going to give me the results I wanted. I wanted bigger but he talked me out of it, which I’m happy he did cause 600cc’s in each butt cheek was perfect. Depending on how i adjust to my new booty if I do decide to go bigger i definitely will go with Dr. Hughes. And procedure from here on out will be done by dr hughes. I’ve had silicone injections to my buttocks some years ago. Luckily, I had no major complications such as infection or a major deformity. A couple of years ago, I decided to have it removed. Unfortunately, not everything could be removed as that would be impossible. Also, the lost volume left me with excess skin at the bottom of my buttocks. I had the excess skin excised a couple times in my local area but I was not satisfied with the result. This year,
I searched for a doctor who had more expertise on the derrière area and that’s when I found Dr. Hughes.

Professionally, Dr Hughes is highly skilled and a perfectionist. He presented a couple options to tackle my problem and he provided the pros and cons for each option. He allowed me the chance to ask questions and after discussing what was best for my needs, my decision to go with a particular option was done, even with the understanding that it isn’t the best method to excise and lift my buttocks.

The pricing was very competitive given the complexity of my problem.

Overall, the goal of my surgery was realistically met. I definitely plan on going back to Dr. Hughes for additional revisions or “tweaks” needed.

I have renamed Dr Hughes “The fat whisperer”. To be honest im profoundly elated by the results Dr Hughes gave me on my revision BBL, he sculpt what the previous surgeon failed to do.I do not know where he found the fat on me. I had BodyTite, I choose Dr. Hughes over four other doctor’s because of his experience, integrity and the cost for four areas that required BodyTite are moderate, heaven sent to find a scrupulous doctor and such a quintessential trait (one doctor quoted me $10,000 per area + $350 for consultation + additional fees for the operating room + anesthesia = GREEDY) and I only have 3″ of extra skin, after viewing before/after pictures, and Dr. Kenneth’s knowledge of liposuction, made my decision very easy, not just anyone can do calves, a few doctor’s stated they would leave my calves alone, just deal with the loose skin, not Dr. Hughes, the epitome of knowledge. Liposuction of the Abdomen

I am 3 weeks out from tummy tuck with diastasis recti and hernia repair with Dr. Hughes. The time has finally come and the surgery date is set. Throughout my fitness journey I have kept pushing off surgery hoping to be able to close the gap myself using every exercise and technique out there that promised to fix my mum tum. While I did make remarkable progress in core strength and postural improvements, the diastasis recti remains and is a visible flaw in my physique competitions as well as being a contributing factor to back pain and a constant worry about my safety while lifting weights with a hernia.

I have done a lot of research about my surgery options and knew just fixing the hernia would not be enough with the severity of my abdominal separation, and I would only let a highly qualified plastic surgeon work on me because it’s important to me to be stronger by having a fully functioning core and for the visible improvement to look as good as it can.

I consulted with many doctors, and Dr. Hughes really put me at ease with his confidence and no nonsense approach. He doesn’t sugar coat things or make promises he can’t keep. He makes it clear to not expect perfection, but that he will give the best results possible. He also emphasized my part in the process by following all post surgical protocols and staying in communication with him and coming to all follow up appointments.

His office is very cozy and the staff are really nice and helpful. Lorena has been extremely helpful in scheduling my surgery and providing info on financing options. So far it has been a wonderful straightforward experience as the countdown to my surgery date begins.

Facial Liposuction

Dr. Hughes liposuctioned my jowls and jawline and under my chin under local. The procedure was relatively painless and Dr. Hughes was able to achieve the contours that I sought.

Silicone Removal from the Buttocks

Dr. Hughes removed silicone from my butt to help with the hardness I was just worried about long term problems and I wanted it out I fell like Dr. Hughes did a real good job.

Liposuction Revision with Buttock Implants.

I had previous BBL by another doctor but was not happy. Dr. Hughes placed 712 cc butt implants and revised my liposuction which was dented and uneven and he was able to smooth those issues.

Great Liposuction and Brazilian buttlift

Dr. Hughes has done thousands of these surgeries and he has the most before and after pictures and videos on youtube. He took out a lot of fat on me and I think he was close to the 5 liter limit. His facility is very nice and clean. His surgery center has all new stuff. His staff and nurse are great as well. Oh yeah and my results are great and I would recommend.

Dr. Hughes sculpted me so well with liposuction and fat transfer to the butt. He really is the best. I thought I was too thin, but I look great.

This review is the first time I have been so moved and inspired to write a review of this nature. I hope it helps you on your journey to select an MD. There are thousands of medical professionals, but none has help up against my working with Dr. Kenneth Hughes. He came into my life when I was in a deep depression, from having my body butchered by a horrible MD. A ton of promises, and in the end I was forever changed. I was diagnosed with a rare disease, Sarcoidosis. This disease affects all parts of your body and brought on early stage lung cancer. Stage 1, aggressive but thank God — benign. I had tumors removed from various areas of my body, my entire left auxiliary lymphatic system removed as well as parts of my right and areas on my chest.
The reconstructive doctor promised he could get me looking “normal” again and that he was a specialist. An office in Beverly Hills, and a million and one claims about his skills. Before we went in for surgery we had numerous calls and in person meetings. Again, he made all promises but no truths about his capability. He placed implants in my chest and promised to have me looking normal in no time. When I woke up, I was butchered. Scars on both sides of my chest, my stomach no longer had a naval and I looked more like Frankenstein than a man. My implants moved in 360%
I should start about what I like most, and what you will like – should you decide to hire Dr. Kenneth Hughes. He is humble, and honest to a fault. He evaluated me and told me what he thought he could do. I had a long list of wishes, so it may have been hard to hear – but he was honest about what he could; maybe be able to do and what would be a long shot. No expectations that led me to think I would come out of surgery perfect, but in my opinion – pretty close.
But after a few detailed conversations, I scheduled my appointment and went for it. I woke up and at just over 8 weeks sit here with a body that I am actually happy with. I got my navel back, which was a far shot and my chest looking like a chest. With this I feel like Dr. Hughes is my MD. You may not need reconstructive surgery, perhaps just something cosmetic – but it is so important to say that this physician did things that even famous MDs (like those from BOTCHED) and others wouldn’t do, because I was so butchered and the list was long. I followed his post-op instructions without deviation. This physician know the body and gives 110 %
Dr. Kenneth Hughes is professional and does everything to ensure you are walking into your surgery with very real expectations and in my case and some of the hundreds listed here, OVER DELIVERS. He replies directly to emails and texts and is a support for you until you get to where you want to be or where he can take you. In this environment, it is nearly impossible to get someone who just doesn’t say yes and take your money only to leave you mildly satisfied.
I do need to go back for a minor revision, and I have found Dr. Hughes to continue to keep me in a realistic and hopeful place. His pricing is competitive, and he will work with you as best as he can. I am actually looking forward to the revision with Dr. Hughes and if any of you reading this needs a personal reference, email me. He is worth every penny and more.

From diet and what you can and should not to do, to ensure the result is as good as you will get, He is your support network. Dr. Hughes is an amazing doctor!! He was always very honest and straight up with me. But he still got exactly what I wanted for my body! He gave me hips, a slim waist and thin arms. I frickin love it!!! And not to mention he answers all emails almost instantly. He has a very good eye and knows exactly what do with each patient’s body. But he also listens to what you want.
