This patient had a fairly well developed overhang (or pannus). Dr. Hughes performed a large volume liposuction of the front, sides, and back with fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian butt lift). The postoperative result illustrates an amazing change in body contour with a much tighter waist, midsection, and back. Also notice the much more defined, more shapely, more projected buttocks.
