Breast Augmentation (Implants) Photos

This patient had much less than perfect anatomy before her surgery. She had constricted breasts in the before picture. Dr. Hughes can take less than perfect anatomy and give the patient round, full, well defined breasts in anyone. This patient chose a transumbilical approach for her breast enlargement surgery. A submuscular approach was chosen to give a more natural takeoff at the superior aspect of the implant and to provide better camouflage for the implant. She opted for saline implants with high profile 425 ml implants. Dr. Hughes created a result that is natural and symmetric. There is no evidence of her previous constriction and no visible scar.
