This patient had previous augmentation and the sizes were different. She had capsular contracture causing deformity on the left breast. Dr. Hughes created a result that is natural and symmetric even with very large implants and very challenging preoperative anatomy. You cannot see the periareolar scars. Th aptient had 500 ml high profile saline implants placed in a retropectoral position.
