This patient wanted additional augmentation after a previous Brazilian buttlift procedure.  Dr. Hughes placed 360 cc round buttock implants in the intramuscular position to optimize the result and create a more natural looking appearance.  It is very common for Dr. Hughes to have to correct surgeries performed elsewhere in which the buttock implants have a stuck on appearance, because the implants are placed too superficially or above the muscle.  Dr. Hughes places whatever implant you would like within reason and places many 600 and 712 cc round buttock implants (the largest butt implant made) for his patients from around the world in his new state of the art surgery center in Los Angeles.

This buttock implant patient had undergone numerous plastic surgery procedures and was a fairly thin individual with really no fat stores to be utilized for a Brazilian buttlift (BBL).  Thus, Dr. Hughes utilized 400 cc round implants placed in the intramuscular position to produce a much smoother buttocks and take up the great deal of loose skin.  This was a very effective operation as is evidenced by the filling of the skin envelope in the postoperative picture.
