This patient had a combination of buttock implants and liposuction of the back to make the appearance and buttock takeoff a bit more dramatic.
Buttock implants oval shape 340 cc placed within the gluteus muscles to give a more natural look and feel and minimize complications some of the fat liposuctioned can also be transferred above the implant to improve the appearance as well. Thus buttock implants and the Brazilian buttlift technique can be combined at the same time.
