This is a complicated buttock implant revision in which oval implants were exchanged for round implants (550 cc) and the pocket was revised to produce a much more aesthetically pleasing result. These revision surgeries are very common for Dr. Hughes. Dr. Hughes has so many different techniques and procedures at his disposal that he will create a result that no one else may be capable of creating. Dr. Hughes very frequently created techniques that he uses out of necessity to rectify a problem in revision surgery. Many of these maneuvers are not taught in training and are not discussed in textbooks or the literature.
