Gynecomastia: Before & After Photos

This patient underwent male breast reduction or gynecomastia removal through a small incision under the areola.  Notice the obvious improvement in contour just 1 week following surgery.

Although a little more difficult to appreciate in the frontal view, the lateral view shows a significant reduction in projection of the nipple areolar complex.
