This patient had very large upper arms with a significant skin laxity and fat component. The patient had her arm circumference reduced by half with the arm lift surgery. The arm lift surgery known as brachioplasty relies upon removing skin and fat from the arm with an incision that is hidden on the inside of the arm. This arm lift greatly improved patient contours and allowed the patient to have more confidence in short sleeve and sleeveless attire for her upcoming wedding.
