Dr. Kenneth Hughes, MD was able to smooth the abdomen of this very thin individual who had skin laxity but not the extent to merit a tummy tuck. It was not even possible to do a tummy tuck due to the inadequate skin laxity, a minitummy tuck would not have treated the loose skin above the belly button.
