This patient underwent liposuction of the abdomen, sides, lower back, flanks, and bra rolls along with the Brazilian buttlift and fat transfer to the hips. The waist was reduced by 9 inches and the hips were subtly increased as was buttock projection. In many cases, Dr. Hughes tries to get exactly what the patient wants within reason. Some patient expectations can never be met despite optimal surgical intervention, and it is very important to recognize these patients ahead of time. Dr. Hughes in fact videotapes all surgical results to prevent patients from saying that they were botched or things of that nature. The video results are indisputable evidence to the contrary.
