Dr. Hughes specializes in thinner patient liposuction and Brazilian buttlifts (BBLs). This patient is obviously thin, but sometimes the pictures do not do the results or the starting point justice. This patient was refused by many other surgeons due to the lack of body fat. Dr. Hughes can frequently get 800 cc or more fat per buttock (1600 cc of pure fat from liposuction). This creates a very noticeable difference in patients with smaller frames, because the surface area of the buttocks is frequently much smaller than the surface area of the buttocks in larger patients. If a patient does not enough fat (which is rare), Dr. Hughes performs a great number of buttock implant procedures as well. Sometimes the buttock implants can be combined with hip fat transfer to produce the best results for a thinner patient.
