This patient result is nothing short of spectacular. With a 5 liter liposuction of the trunk (360 degree liposuction or liposuction 360), Dr. Hughes was able to reduce the waist of the patient by 12 inches. The hips were increased about 6 inches and the patient physique was totally transformed. The patient also had fat transfer to the buttocks to improve projection (Brazilian buttlift, BBL).
