Every patient has a different anatomy. This 39 yo female had a fairly well developed overhang (or pannus). Dr. Hughes performed a large volume liposuction of the front, sides, and back with fat transfer to the buttocks. The postoperative result illustrates an amazing change in body contour with a much tighter waist, midsection, and back. Also notice the much more defined, more shapely, more projected buttocks.
