This patient had much less than perfect anatomy before her surgery. Many women before surgery do not have good symmetry, or they have poorly shaped breasts. The goal of breast augmentation in these cases is to improve the look of the breasts. Dr. Hughes can take less than perfect anatomy and give the patient round, full, well defined breasts in anyone. This patient had an infraareolar incision, which cannot even be noticed, with 400 ml saline high profile implants.
