This patient asked Dr. Hughes to perform an inframammary approach (in the breast fold) for breast enhancement. A submuscular approach was chosen to give a more natural takeoff at the superior aspect of the implant and to provide better camouflage for the implant. She opted for silicone breast augmentation with 375 ml implants. Dr. Hughes created a result that is natural and symmetric. The scars are perfectly placed and are not visible. The patient was very happy with the result and opted to have additional body liposuction with Dr. Hughes in one of his Los Angeles offices.
