Dr. Hughes was able to take these very droopy breasts and poor skin envelope with much asymmetry and lift them very nicely while improving fullness and symmetry. A full breast lift and large augmentation with 500 ml silicone implants was performed. In addition, the enormous areolae were markedly reduced. Please note that this patient’s skin envelope was extremely poor, making the lift procedure much more difficult.
