This patient had capsular contracture from a previous breast augementation. She also has breast droop or ptosis. Dr. Hughes performed total left capsulectomy with bilateral circumareolar lift with removal and replacement of 675 ml high profile smooth round saline implants. There is great improvement in symmetry and breast droop.
