This patient was concerned about the very droopy nature of her breasts, but she did not want a lift. She did not want scars on her breasts. This patient chose a transumbilical approach for her breast enlargement surgery. A submuscular approach was chosen to give a more natural takeoff at the superior aspect of the implant and to provide better camouflage for the implant. She opted for high profile saline implants with 500 ml volume. Dr. Hughes created a result that is natural and symmetric. Her breasts are lifted and full, and she did not require a scar on her breasts.
