This buttock implant patient had undergone numerous plastic surgery procedures and was a fairly thin individual with really no fat stores to be utilized for a Brazilian buttlift (BBL). Thus, Dr. Hughes utilized 400 cc round implants placed in the intramuscular position to produce a much smoother buttocks and take up the great deal of loose skin.
