This very thin patient was not a candidate for Brazilian buttlift, so Dr. Kenneth Hughes expertly placed 420 cc round butt implants within the gluteus maximus muscle. This is a very nice improvement in butt roundness and fullness as well as hips and butt projection. Also notice that the result is natural and the implant outline cannot be seen.
