Dr. Kenneth Hughes placed a medium anatomic chin implant for this patient with microgenia. The patient camouflaged the microgenia by pushing the mandible forward in pictures. The postoperative pictures reveals better balance in the lips, jaw and chin. In addition, Dr. Hughes performed facial fat grafting as well.
