Dr. Kenneth Hughes performed ear pinning surgery or otoplasty for this prominent ear deformity. In this surgery, the upper pole of the ear is sculpted with sutures to reestablish a fold and bring the ear closer to the head. The middle portion of the ear is brought closer to the head with sutures and conchal bowl resection. The inferior portion of the ear us brought closer to the head with sutures.
