This patient had upper and lower eyelid surgery performed by another plastic surgeon. She chose to have a revision of her upper and lower eyelid surgeries (upper and lower blepharoplasties). Dr. Hughes took fat and skin from her upper and lower eyelids to give her a much more youthful, alert look with removal of a large fat component of the lower eyelid. Dr. Hughes performed this surgery with no noticeable scars. She was very happy with her results, and she plans to have a facelift soon.
