The woman pictured above has bilateral inverted nipples and small breasts. She desired both breast augmentation and correction of inverted nipples. Although inverted nipples can be corrected to some degree with breast augmentation alone, an additional procedure was employed to achieve the results pictured on the right. The breast augmentation was performed through an inframammary fold incision (underneath the breast) per patient request. Notice the marked improvement in breast shape and fullness as well as the corrected, everted nipples in the image on the right.
