This patient wanted liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and lower back. The patient has some skin laxity, which is obvious in the before photo. Dr. Hughes specializes in more difficult liposuction and liposuction revision procedures for patients who are thinner, have poor skin, have dents or deformities, or who want a more dramatic improvement than many of the conservative results produced. The liposuction of these individuals requires much greater skill to remove a great deal of fat and produce a smooth result, particularly for the abdomen.
