This male had received 3 previous surgeries from other surgeons including tummy tuck, liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back, and a tummy tuck revision. He still expressed concerns about the lateral abdomen and flanks. Notice the “rolls” in the preoperative picture. Several surgical methods were employed by Dr. Hughes in Los Angeles including liposuction to achieve the extremely flat flank contours seen in his postop picture on the right.
