This patient was a complex reconstruction patient who had a nice improvement with tummy tuck and breast implant revision. There was extreme muscle and abdominal wall laxity and very stretched delicate thin skin. The tummy tuck resulted in a perfectly flat, smooth appearance. The breast implant revision surgery corrected the obvious rippling with advanced fat grafting techniques.
