This patient elected to have a full breast lift (full mastopexy) and breast augmentation along with the tummy tuck. The implant was a 525 ml saline implant. The breasts are symmetric and lifted and the size of the areolae reduced. The tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) produced a very flat abdomen with nice, natural contours and a natural belly button as well.
