Dr. Kenneth Hughes performed a lower face lift and neck lift on this patient. Notice the tremendous improvement in wrinkles under the chin and the neck. 4 or 5 wrinkles were reduced to a smooth surface. It is very difficult to notice the scar even during the early ages of healing.
