This patient above was a rhinoplasty revision patient who sought the expertise of Dr. Hughes to elevate a drooping tip. The operation was performed under local anesthesia (not put to sleep or sedated), and the result is pictured the following day. Note the lack of swelling, bruising, and the vastly improved tip elevation without the presence of any visible scar. These results are characteristic of Dr. Hughes’s closed rhinoplasty techniques (reduced swelling and no visible scars). The patient profile views (below) show the improved tip without evidence of surgical manipulation.
