This patient wanted his hanging columella, which is below the nasal tip, to be reduced and increase the lip to nose apparent distance. Dr. Hughes accomplished both of these subtle changes under local anesthesia in 10 minutes. The postop picture is in the OR. The patient was given a mirror to judge exactly how much changed. He liked the subtle changes.
