Closed Rhinoplasty: The patient mainly desired reduction of the bulbous tip. The nostril asymmetry was improved. Alar base reduction was performed as well. The alar base reduction scars are hardly visible even 2 weeks late. There are many ways to reduce the alar base, but this method allows a great deal of flexibility in shaping, reducing, and improving symmetry.
