This patient underwent tummy tuck in Los Angeles for loose skin and hanging fat on the abdomen as well as muscle laxity of the abdominal wall. She also had a groin incision thigh lift. Notice that the thigh lift incision made by Dr. Kenneth Hughes is hidden completely within the groin crease. The skin is tight and the patient has a thigh gap even with maximal swelling at 1 week postop. Notice the tummy tuck scar is low and uniform and the belly button is round and natural. This result is 1 week after surgery and will only improve with regard to waist taper and swelling.
