This early result of the tummy tuck shows how Dr. Hughes was able to achieve a dramatic change with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) alone. Notice the much improved contour, the removal of loose skin and stretchmarks and the incredibly flat abdomen. Even the abdominal musculature is now visible. No liposuction was performed.
