This patient was a massive weight loss patient with extremely loose skin with multiple large and long stretchmarks and multiple scars from previous surgeries. Although the tummy tuck cannot improve the quality of the remaining skin or remove scars high on the abdomen, the change in this patient is dramatic. The scar is low, below the level of her clothing. Notice the very refined belly button, which is often the difference between an average result and an exceptional result. She was extremely happy.
