Natrelle style 20 (high profile) 450 cc through transaxillary incision or armpit incision. This is a submuscular augmentation. This patient did have some drooping or ptosis of the breasts and was a borderline breast lift patient. The scars after this breast enhancement revision are not noticeable. She elected to have saline implants of 600 ml placed under the muscle.
