This patient had liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back and fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The Brazilian buttlift in this patient involved almost 2000 cc per buttock and a 5 liter liposuction. This allows for the largest and most dramatic difference in hourglass shape and overall silhouette.
