This patient was another who had tummy tuck and previous liposuction with Brazilian buttlift and was told nothing else could be done. Another revision procedure with previous liposuction of the abdomen and Brazilian buttlift in which Dr. Hughes removed more fat from the abdomen, sides, and back while improving the buttock projection and hourglass figure in this thin revision patient.
