This patient underwent butt implant revision (smaller implants were exchanged for 712 cc implants(the largest available size)) along with liposuction of the sides, flanks, and lower back with fat transfer to the hips and buttocks. This result is on the dramatic side and may be too much for some patients, but this patient was thrilled with the result. Dr. Hughes frequently combines butt implants or butt implant revision surgeries with liposuction and Brazilian buttlift (or revision surgeries).
