This patient has a very square physique and love handles with minimal buttock projection and hips. Dr. Hughes was able to liposuction many parts of her body and produce a very dramatic result in a patient who had a smaller amount of fat. Notice the smoothness of the postoperative result with regard to the areas liposuctioned as well as the improvement in body proportions with the fat transfer to the buttocks and hips with the Brazilian buttlift technique.
